Tainan Airport Digital Information Integration and Service Optimization

This project delivered a comprehensive digital information integration solution for Tainan Airport, covering the optimization of the Passenger Information Display System (PIDS - boarding gate displays, FIDS), the automated Public Address (PA) system, and the official airport website. We focused on the synergistic operation of these core systems to ensure that all passenger information remains synchronized, real-time, and accurate across multiple digital touchpoints (physical displays, broadcasts, web). This integrated solution significantly enhances the airport's information dissemination efficiency and service quality, providing passengers with a smoother and more reliable terminal experience.
