Taipei Songshan Airport PIDS Integration

This project delivered a comprehensive Passenger Information Display System (PIDS) for Taipei Songshan Airport, fully upgrading information distribution efficiency and the passenger experience across both international and domestic terminals. The system integrates various types of signage, including international check-in counter boards, island counter directional boards, boarding gate displays, flight information display systems (FIDS), and baggage claim carousel boards. By connecting to the core flight display system, it achieves real-time, precise, and synchronized updates of flight data, significantly enhancing airport operational efficiency and service quality. This robust platform ensures information accuracy at all critical touchpoints, effectively guiding passengers while optimizing the airport's overall visual presentation.
